Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 business days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 7 business days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer a full refund.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as when you received it. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Items not in their original condition, or that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
- Items returned more than 7 business days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. This email will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 48 hours. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to post depends on your bank.
Important Note
All our items are of the highest quality and are individually handcrafted. As a result, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for changes of mind.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

2. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges.
